The experimental results show that when the rolling preheating temperature is 220 ℃, the plastic honeycomb plate has excellent mechanical properties, with bending strength of 25 MPa, impact strength of 17.8 kJ / m2 and side compression strength of more than 14 MPa. The failure modes of HDPE honeycomb plate in bending, compression and tensile process are analyzed. It is found that the honeycomb plate with core and panel as a whole structure has good restraint between the panel and core during the bearing process, so that there is no peeling, which solves the problem of weak bonding strength between the panel and core in the traditional forming method. In addition, Shenzhen blister plant compared the mechanical properties of continuous molding plastic honeycomb plate with that of other sandwich plates. The results showed that the bending strength and tensile strength of the new high-density polyethylene honeycomb plate were 1.4 times and 17 times of that of FRP honeycomb plate respectively, and the tensile breaking force was 5 times of that of excellent corrugated plate.
